Project leader (Phase 3)
Neurology program for a medium sized biopharmaceutical company
An interim management position as global project leader for a mid-sized global biopharmaceutical company. The client assigned BioVentures Consulting Limited to plan and manage all development activities for a neurology product from the End of Phase II meeting with the FDA through to the pre-submission FDA meeting. Stephen Rees chaired the client’s Steering Committee, a senior level cross-functional strategic & development delivery team.
The assignment lasted 15-months and led to an extended contract for BioVentures Consulting Limited to continue leading the programme through the submission stage.
